PARAGON MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
1. MT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Kulaifikasi :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from a national or overseas university.
- Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields.
- Maximum 27 years old.
- Passionate about FMCG, especially in beauty or the cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Familiar with sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills for supplier engagement and procurement.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Knowledgeable in the latest sourcing technologies and trends.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
2. MT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Kulaifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
- Non-IT graduates must have programming background (Python)
- 1.5–2 years of experience preferred, especially in a PMO environment
- Development Tracks :
- Software Engineer
- Mobile: Android Native (Java) / Flutter
- Backend: PHP or Python, API development, SQL
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Git
- Experience with ReactJS, VueJS, or PWA is a plus
- Exposure to real-world projects is an advantage
- Data Engineer / Analyst / Scientist
- Proficient in Python or R, and SQL
- Familiar with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, dbt), or basic machine learning is a plus
3. MT COMMERCIAL
